- Clean accessible empty cabinet and drawer interiors in the agreed rooms. Please empty them before arrival.
- Detail-clean cabinet fronts and exterior appliances.
- Give extra attention to ordinary kitchen grease and bathroom soap buildup.
- Dust reachable vent covers, ceiling fans, fixtures and blinds.
- Detail-vacuum edges and beneath safely movable lightweight items.
- Clean limited wall marks identified in your quote when the finish permits; full wall washing is separately quoted.
Move-clean additions
- Include the applicable standard and deep-clean tasks.
- Clean accessible empty cabinet and drawer interiors, plus agreed closet shelves.
- Clean the agreed empty rooms and complete a handoff walkthrough.
- Oven interior and empty refrigerator interior are included in the move-in / move-out quote. Interior window glass remains an optional extra. Appliance count and unusually heavy buildup require review before the deposit; any additional charge needs your approval. We do not move appliances or disconnect utilities.
Commercial cleaning checklist
- Clean cleared desks, counters and shared hard surfaces.
- Clean restrooms, mirrors, toilets, sinks and agreed touchpoints.
- Clean breakroom counters, sink and exterior appliances; microwave interior when included.
- Empty interior trash and replace client-provided liners.
- Vacuum carpets and mop appropriate hard floors.
- Clean agreed entry glass, doors and switches.
- Restock client-provided supplies when included in the proposal.
- Complete the final check and confirmed locking instructions.
