- Clean the agreed empty rooms and complete a handoff walkthrough.
- Oven interior and empty refrigerator interior are included in the move-in / move-out quote. Interior window glass remains an optional extra. Appliance count and unusually heavy buildup require review before the deposit; any additional charge needs your approval. We do not move appliances or disconnect utilities.
The home should be empty with utilities on. Accessible empty cabinet interiors and wet-wiped baseboards are included. Oven and empty refrigerator interiors are included; interior windows are optional extras. Cleaning cannot guarantee a landlord’s deposit return.
Your confirmed quote defines the work. Safely reachable surfaces only; no heavy furniture moving, hazardous cleanup, restoration or guaranteed permanent-stain removal.
